GUEST POLICIES AND CONDUCT
Quiet Hours:  10 pm to 7 am
 
Check-Out:     12-Noon  (unless arranged otherwise)
Please maintain and leave your campsite clean and orderly.
 
Please deposit your garbage in the dumpster using securely tied plastic bags.  Please flatten all boxes.
 
Pets are welcome but must be on leash when off your space, and they must be cleaned up after at all times. (Note: pet area on our Park Map
page.)
 
Reminder: You are fully responsible at all times for the actions of your children, pets and guests.  Our rule violation policy is zero tolerance.

Only well maintained RVs are allowed. The park reserves the right to refuse admission of vehicles (including autos) not meeting park standards at the park’s sole discretion,

Cancellation Policy Additional Fees & Refunds
 
Additional People: All RV Sites or Tent Sites fees include up to five guests. Additional guests over the 5 will be subject to a fee of $2.00 per person/per night. The maximum number of guests in any Campsite, RV Site or Tent Site is 8. For health and safety reasons, resort cottages cannot accommodate more than 5 guests.
Resort Cottage Pet Policy: Total Number of Pets are LIMITED to 2 and if you are bringing pets along, NO aggressive dogs of any size shall be allowed.  A $10.00 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee per dog per visit will be charged when staying in a resort cottage.  
Rental Cottages: All resort cottages have been inventoried. You will be responsible for any missing items or damages to the rental unit.
Payment Policy: A Credit card deposit is required on all reservations. Advanced payments are always paid by credit card. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the property. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
RV & Tent Cancellation Policy: Please contact our office at (800) 460-0616 not less than 48 hours prior to check in time (2:00 p.m.) on your scheduled arrival date.  All changes made less than 48 hours prior to check in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day occupancy fee. If cancellations are not made more than 48 hours in advance, your reservation may be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation, but not less than one day’s occupancy charge.
Resort Cottage Cancellation Policy:  Please contact our office (800-460-0616) not less than 72 hours prior to check in time (4:00 p.m.) on your scheduled arrival date.  All changes made less than 72 hours prior to check in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day occupancy fee. If cancellations are not made more than 72 hours in advance, your reservation may be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation, but not less than one day’s occupancy charge.
Change Policy: Service charges may apply for changes to your reservation. One change to your reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes may be subject to a fee of $5.00 per change, in management’s sole election.
Refunds:   We have a NO REFUNDS policy.  Refunds are never available @ the park (with the exception of an employee error). If you think you should have a refund for some reason, please obtain a “refund form” from the park office.  Complete the form & send it to our corporate office for consideration.  In the event we agree with you & think your request is reasonable, we will refund your money in the same manner we received it (cash will be refunded by check).  Refunds are never made @ the park, you must apply in writing.  REFUND DECISIONS ARE IN THE SOLE ELECTION OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE & ARE FINAL!
